Delivery Time: 3-7 Business days after being shipped
Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email. Keep this little number safe and secure as it will tell you exactly when your delivery will arrive.
All parcels are sent requiring a signature on delivery. If you request this to be left via a safe drop or without a signature, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.
We work hard to pack your order within 24 hours from purchase time & have it shipped with 2 business days (excluding weekends). If you have made an error in your address then please email us immediately at email@example.com. We cannot guarantee it can be altered or stopped before being shipped out however we will try our best to accommodate you!
Any pre-order items will be shipped separately via Standard Post. Please refer to the Pre-order product description for its estimated arrival date.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Pure Aura we want our customers to shop with confidence, and be at peace knowing that if you are not completely smitten with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it with a full refund! We offer a full refund on full-priced items & any items on sale we offer store credit or exchange. Our 30-day returns commence from the day you receive your order. Please note:
- Any items being returned will only be accepted via post.
- Items must be sent back in a padded envelope or in its original packaging
- Returns made that are not due to the item being faulty or damaged will not have shipping fees reimbursed.
- Any items that arrive back to Pure Aura with damage due to lack of protection for example not sending it back in its original packaging, the return will then not be processed, and the items will be sent back to the address provided.
- We highly recommend retaining your shipping receipt as proof of sending as Pure Aura is not liable for the loss of items or items being returned to us.
- Returns must include a completed Returns Form. If you are unable to complete a form due to no printer or scanner, an email is acceptable with the required information included in it. Please email
